I believe that you don't design for brands -- that instead, you design for people, and that if you do right by your customers, you ultimately benefit your brand. I believe that you can solve complex business problems elegantly, while still retaining an experience that's relevant, meaningful, and delightful for the end user. I believe in building products that are as usable as they are beautiful. I believe that you can learn something from anyone, and that if you listen close enough (and ask the right questions), your users will have a way of telling you what they want.
Since enrolling in and attaining my Master's of Science in Human-Computer Interaction from DePaul University, I've worked both in-house (Target, Trunk Club, Raise.com) and agency-side (Intouch Solutions), blending my aptitude for consumer insights with the opportunity to shape products, services, and digital strategies for notable brands.
I've had the pleasure of designing comprehensive ethnographic research plans, creating consumer-facing eCommerce experiences, and redesigning internal tools to better serve a multitude of different audiences and stakeholders. Along the way, I've worked alongside many talented individuals who I'm lucky enough to call my friends.
When I'm not behind the glow of a computer screen, you can find me traveling; checking out local restaurants, coffeeshops, and breweries; reading about interior design, or spending time with my fur child, Stella.
